The founding members of Exercise Elements provide prevention, rehabilitation and performance training on land and in the pool to clients in Sarasota, Florida. Jason and Laurie base their training strategy on principles of Applied Functional Science, as learned from the Gray Institute, the foremost leader in functional training.

We are proud to offer aquatic exercise educational products for professionals and exercise enthusiasts. Information is provided through DVDs, voice-led aquatic workout CDs, home study education courses and live education workshops.
