_AquaStretch™ for Fitness & Wellness (8 hours)
Attention: Are you looking to boost your income and increase your client retention? AquaStretch™ is proving to do just this for a rapidly growing number of exercise professionals across the country. This must-know, break-though technique is easy to learn and offers a wide variety of clients exceptionally quick, and lasting results. There are six major reasons why exercise professionals should know how AquaStretch might benefit their clients. AS may: 1. Restore Flexibility lost from prior accidents, surgeries, or sports injuries. 2. Decrease Muscle Soreness due to intense physical training or excessive workouts. 3. AquaStretch™ (AS) is an aquatic form of myo-fascial release, often much more effective and comfortable than land based fascial work. AS is assisted stretching in waist-deep, warm water, with movement. Several AS procedures are performed with 5 to 20 lb weights attached to the client’s limbs. AquaStretch™ is a ground-breaking new technique that helps people stretch deeply, effectively and comfortably. People say AS helps them “get loose” prior to or after workouts and competitions, and to markedly reduce muscle soreness and tension following exercise or injury. AquaStretch™ can immediately restore flexibility lost from sports injuries and improper healing due to calcifications in connective tissues (fascial adhesions). AquaStretch™ can immediately and significantly reduce chronic aches and pains for a wide variety of people. The AquaStretch™ for Fitness & Wellness course teaches the skills to do the 20-minute AquaStretch™ Fitness procedure. In this course, participants will learn the 4 step Basic AquaStretch™ procedure used to quickly identify and relieve myo-fascial restrictions. Since AquaStretch™ can immediately reduce muscle soreness and chronic pain, it may motivate beginning clients to continue their exercise program because they have much less discomfort following workouts. The AquaStretch™ Fitness & Wellness procedure may also be used after intense training by experienced athletes to reduce muscle soreness and to substantially increase physical recovery time. Athletes have reported 12 vs 48 hours with grade 1 - 2 soreness using AS, rather than grade 3 or 4 soreness (on a scale of 1 – 5, with 5 representing maximum soreness). By facilitating comfortable recovery from intense exercise, AS may also allow clients to compress their conditioning program; important if your client has a training or competition deadline.
